  • Absentee ballot applications to vote by mail or traveling board for the 2012 Presidential Primary Election must be submitted to the Circuit Court Clerk's Office, 101 N. Main St., Rm. 204, Goshen, IN. 46526.

  • Applications may be hand-delivered, mailed, or faxed and will not be accepted at any other location.

Absentee Voting In Person Information
Absentee voting in person for the 2011 Municipal General Election will begin at 9:00 a.m., Monday, October 10, 2011.
Absentee voting in person for the 2011 Municipal Primary Election will end at 12:00 noon, Monday, November 7, 2011.
Voters will need to show a photo ID that meets all of the following criteria:
  1. Displays the voter's photo,
  2. Displays the voter's name,
  3. Displays an expiration date, and must either be current, or have expired after November 2, 2010, AND
  4. Be issued by the State of Indiana, or the Federal Government*

 

*In most cases, an Indiana driver's license, Indiana photo ID card, Military ID or US Passport is sufficient.  A student ID from an Indiana State school may only be used if it meets all of the 4 criteria specified above.  A student ID from a private institution may not be used for voting purposes.

     Mondays (except Nov. 7)      9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

     Tuesday trhough Friday          8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.

     Saturday, October 29            8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

     Saturday, November 5          8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

     Monday, November 7           8:00 a.m. - noon
