The Elkhart County Election Board will be holding pollworker training at the following dates, at the indicated times and locations.

For Inspectors and Judges ONLY: INSPECTORS AND JUDGES: training will take place at the County Office Building at 117 N. 2nd St., Room 104, Goshen.

April 23 (Monday) at 6:00 p.m.
April 25 (Wednesday) at 2:00 p.m.
April 25 (Wednesday) at 6:00 p.m.
May 1 (Tuesday) at 2:00 p.m.
May 1 (Tuesday) at 6:00 p.m.
May 3 (Thursday) at 6:00 p.m.

For Clerks ONLY: CLERKS: training will take place at the Public Service Building at 4230 Elkhart Rd., Goshen.

April 24 (Tuesday) at 2:00 p.m.
April 25 (Wednesday) at 6:00 p.m.
April 26 (Thursday) at 6:00 p.m.
May 1 (Tuesday) at 6:00 p.m.
May 2 (Wednesday) at 2:00 p.m.

Please note the sessions are job specific.  Pollworkers need to attend the proper sessions, and pay attention to the dates, times AND locations.

You must be on time to the training sessions.  Anyone who is more than five (5) minutes late will be denied entrance into that session. There is a lot of important information covered, and you must be present for the entire session; the Election Board is also responsible for keeping unauthorized people out of these County buildings while training is in session.

Pollworkers must attend and sign in at the training session, and work the full day at the polls on election day to receive the training allowance.
