Absentee Voting in Person Information
Absentee voting in person for the 2016 Presidential Primary Election will begin at 8:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 5, 2016.
Absentee voting in person for the 2016 Presidential Primary Election will end at 12:00 noon, Monday, May 2, 2016.
Voters will need to show a photo ID that meets ALL of the following criteria:
1.Displays the voter's photo,
2.Displays the voter's name,
3.Displays an expiration date, and must either be current, or have expired after November 4, 2014, AND
4.Must be issued by the State of Indiana, or the Federal Government*
*In most cases, an Indiana driver's license, Indiana photo ID card, Military ID or US Passport is sufficient. A student ID from an Indiana State school may only be used if it meets all of the 4 criteria specified above. A student ID from a private institution may not be used for voting purposes.
NOTE: An ID issued by the US Department of Defense, a branch of the uniformed services, the Merchant Marine, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (or Veterans Administration), or the Indiana National Guard is not required to have an expiration date, or may state that the document has an "Indefinite" expiration date.

Elkhart - Lincoln Center, 608 Oakland Ave., Elkhart (not on the first floor)
Nappanee - First Brethren Church, 1600 N. Main St., Nappanee
Middlebury - Town Hall, 418 N. Main St., Middlebury
Mondays (except May 2) - 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Elkhart and Goshen ONLY)
Tuesday through Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Elkhart and Goshen ONLY)
Saturday, April 23 - 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (ALL 4 LOCATIONS)
Saturday, April 30 - 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (ALL 4 LOCATIONS)
Monday (May 2) - 8:00 a.m. to NOON - noon is the deadline to vote absentee in-person. (Elkhart and Goshen ONLY)
